Dr. Glen Ross, MD

Dr. Glen Ross is the founder and director of the New England Shoulder and Elbow Center. He is an Orthopedic Surgeon, and Chief of Sports Medicine at New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH). He is a leading expert in the treatment of shoulder pain and shoulder arthritis.

Dr. Sarav Shah, MD

Dr. Sarav Shah is a dual fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon. He completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at New England Baptist as well as a fellowship in Shoulder/Elbow Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery. He currently serves as a Team Physician for Merrimack College and Brandeis University.
